Learning is a life-long process ... but once you get out of school you have to put the "courses" together yourself, nobody makes you study, there are many right answers and the only quiz is the rest of your life!

I recall one client who was bemoaning the fact that his crew did not seem interested in any of the training he was offering. "Then I asked myself when the last time was that I actually attended a seminar or read an industry book," he said. "Once I started my own learning process again, they were eager for whatever material I could offer them."
